The Book - Part One

I promised some juice about my new book so here's the first glimpse.

My book is a roll-up your sleeves, how-to guide for science and technology inventors.  Those of you who know me know that i've spent my life working with scientists and engineers who've invented something new and novel. 

So after 20+ years, I decided to take my tools and techniques and put them into a step-by-step guide for these folks.  I've spent the better part of the past 14 months putting this together.  It's 14 months of writing but it includes how-to's and lessons learned over the course of my career.

It's 10 chapters, 150 pages, full of step by step how to's, real world case examples, and worksheets to take a new idea and wrap it in business language for presentation to investors, first customers, or business partners.

The cool thing is that half way through the book writing I did a major book deal for national distribution.  Nothing inspires you to finish a book more than a book deal.  I'll tell you about that tomorrow.
